The Black Mountain Lodge
A great B&B with lots of character. Set in its own grounds with ample free parking and located at the foothills of the Black Mountains. The lodge has a bar offering local ale. The lodge also has a great restaurant offering a delicious, freshly prepared a-la carte menu using seasonal local produce, creating some excellent, tasty dishes. It has been said we cook one of best Welsh Black beef steaks and Lamb Shanks in the area.

The Pound Camping & B&B

The Toll Bridge Whitney
Camping at Whitney Bridge is quiet, peaceful and special.
We have room for approx. 20 tents but most of the time we limit this to just your party.
The camping area is right on the river so – pull the canoe up and relax. Well maybe not – pitch the tent – light the fire and cook your supper. If you don’t feel like cooking however book a BBQ or breakfast ahead of time and be pampered.
We have fresh running water and 4 loos – these have been refurbished in Feb 2014 and are fully stocked with loo rolls, soap and hand towels and there is electricity and hot water.
